- WHO CAN ATTEND ARISE:GATHER 2018?
Arise:Gather is open to anyone who is 18-30 years old. Ministry leaders are encouraged to attend with the students they lead.
CAN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ATTEND ARISE:GATHER 2018?
Only if they will be between the ages of 18-30 at the time of the event.
CAN PEOPLE OVER 30 ATTEND ARISE:GATHER 2018?
If you are the leader of a group of students attending Arise:Gather, you may purchase a ticket to attend as well. If you are not a leader, you are invited to apply to serve as a Volunteer on our Arise:Crew.
CAN CHILDREN COME TO ARISE:GATHER 2018 WITH ATTENDEES AND/OR VOLUNTEERS?
While families are extremely important to us, we are unable to accommodate children at Arise:Gather. Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend or serve.
ARE MEALS PROVIDED AT ARISE:GATHER 2018?
A boxed lunch will be served on Saturday as well as light refreshments during the event. Due to a wide range of food allergies and dietary restrictions, we are unable to accommodate special requests regarding lunch. However, you are welcome to bring your own lunch if desired.
WILL THERE BE BREAKOUT SESSIONS AT ARISE:GATHER 2018?
Yes, we will offer two one-hour breakout session slots with four break out options on Saturday afternoon.
ARE CAMERAS OR VIDEOGRAPHY ALLOWED?
We do not allow professional cameras (DSLR or with a detachable lens), flash photography, or video or audio recordings during Main Sessions, as we desire that everyone be free from distraction to experience Arise:Gather.
- WHAT IS THE TICKET COST?
$20 - February 14th through April 30th
$25 - May 1st through July 13th
$30 - July 14th through July 21th
Please note that the price is the same for 18-30 year olds, and their leaders. Volunteers do not have to purchase a ticket.
WHAT DOES THE TICKET COST COVER?
The ticket includes the cost of participating in Arise:Gather, materials needed for the gathering, a boxed lunch on Saturday, and refreshments throughout the event.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TICKET?
You can purchase a ticket online and pay with a credit or debit card. Please note that online tickets are ONLY for sale through our Eventbrite event page. Online ticketing will be closed after July 19th, 2018. Anyone who has not registered by that date and plans to come must purchase a ticket at the door on the day of the gathering. Cash, card, and check will be accepted.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKET?
You will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite immediately, which includes your Arise:Gather 2018 ticket. Please note that you must present a printed ticket or digital ticket for entry to Arise:Gather 2018.
AM I REQUIRED TO ENTER INFORMATION FOR EACH TICKET WHEN REGISTERING?
You are required to include a name and email address for each ticket when registering online. Ticket information can be updated through your Eventbrite account at any time.
WHY SHOULD I CREATE AN EVENTBRITE ONLINE ACCOUNT?
Creating an account allows you to access your order information and tickets at any time. Once you are logged in to your account, you can update ticket information, purchase additional tickets and print tickets.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY ONLINE ACCOUNT?
You can access your Eventbrite account and Arise:Gather tickets anytime at www.eventbrite.com.
CAN ADDITIONAL TICKETS BE ADDED TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT?
Yes, you may purchase additional tickets at any time by signing into your existing account. Please keep your username and password to access your account and make changes to tickets.
CAN TICKETS BE CANCELLED OR TRANSFERRED?
Tickets purchased for Arise:Gather are refundable up to seven days before the event. Tickets are transferrable to another individual at any time. We thank you in advance for not asking for exceptions.
HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Tickets are fully transferrable to another individual within the gathering for which you purchased the ticket. Please note that Arise Ministries does not assist in payment for transferred tickets.
To transfer tickets, please log in to your Eventbrite account, click ‘Tickets’ and then click on the event ticket. Click ‘Edit’, enter the person’s name and email address, and select the “send confirmation email to new attendee” checkbox before saving. Once the updated information is saved, the ticket(s) will automatically be emailed to the email address listed.
ARE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE?
At this time, we cannot offer scholarships for attendees.
IS THERE A GROUP RATE?
There are no group rates for Arise:Gather.
